After years of wanting a shed put up in my backyard for a workshop and finally being able to do so, I realized that I would need various permits. I attempted to research what I needed through the county website. However, I was incredibly overwhelmed by the hundreds of pages of rules and regulations. Further, the county website said that it could take weeks to get them. I even tried to submit my request but it was marked incomplete. I began looking on the internet to see if there were companies that could handle the process and expedite the process. Though there were many listed, either the companies only provided services to contractors or they never bothered to call me back. I finally came across James’ website and left him a message. He immediately got back with me. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what permits that I needed through a quick search of my parcel. Not only did he handle the process for me, he got me my permits THE SAME DAY! James turned, what could have been a horrible nightmare, into a painless, expeditious and worry-free process.
